I have been getting hundreds of bogus messages a week through this web page. I tried making changes to defeat automated systems, but they quickly adapt. It's interesting that there are idiots somewhere in the Russia (judging by the bits of text that survive the anti-malware filters) wasting their days manually entering messages on this page. Since their messages merely end up in a server log file, I hope they get paid by the hour and not by results. I have set up filters to remove most of their messages, but the filters may also filter out honest-to-seyn legitimate messages.
